What is your return policy?

Madam Moizelle Candle Company does not accept returns. Refunds or replacements are available if an item arrives damaged or broken. If you would like to request a refund or replacement please reach out to us via email with a photo of the damages within 24 hours of receiving the goods. 
Your satisfaction is our top priority! 

How should I care for my candle?

  • Trim your wicks before every burn

  • Do not burn candles for more than 4 hours at a time

  • Never leave a candle unattended

  • Keep away from flammable items

Do you create custom candles?

Madam Moizelle does offer custom candles.
